Our plant is ISO 9002 accredited, certifying that we effectively implement and employ documented and controlled methods for our processes. Our state of the art lab is fully equipped to test our products to stringent specifications for delivering quality in compliance with our customers’ needs.
Product consistency is key when manufacturing an ingredient which is process critical for the manufacturing line it feeds into. It is thus essential to maintain strict manufacturing process controls such that our customers need not worry about process variation. The ASTM also enables us to rigorously test our carbon black to internationally accepted standards. We work to such standards to pre-define the confidence intervals for our product quality and the control limits we work to, to ensure a centered process. We aim to deliver consistent, well formed, clean and pure carbon black.
